Find the class that's right for you!
CORE YOGA- If a good workout is what you're looking for, this is the class for you. In this class we use our own body weight to get stronger and Sun Salutations to get our heart rate up and heat going in the body.
BASIC YOGA- Learn correct alignment for simple poses and the bandhas needed in that pose. Incorporating gentle core work to improve strength and pranayama to calm the central nervous system.
CANDLELIGHT YOGA- Candlelight meditation preceded by gentle stretching and pranayama. This class is a must for those who want to relax and unwind.
CHAIR I- Very slow, gentle class. The entire class can be done while sitting in a chair. The ability to get up and down to the floor is NOT necessary.
CHAIR II- This class is similar to the Chair 1 class, but incorporates standing and balancing poses and must have the ability to get up and down to the floor.
KIDS YOGA- Open to children ages 5-10 yrs. The only requirement for this class is that they have a true interest in the practice of yoga and the ability to sit still for minutes at a time will be helpful. The class is 45 minutes.
ALL CLASS ARE AT LEAST ONE HOUR LONG AND OFTEN RUN UP TO AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES.
